IT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE WILL BE CODED WEBSITE AND SERVICES, INCLUDING UPGRADES AND MATERIALS. BY USING THE WILL BE CODED WEBSITE, REGISTERING ON IT, OBTAINING INFORMATION FROM IT SUCH AS RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS, AND CONTRIBUTING CONTENT TO IT BY ANY CHANNEL, INCLUDING BY POSTING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE, RESPONDING TO A SURVEY, SUBMITTING AN EMAIL, OR PARTICIPATING IN A TELEPHONE INTERVIEW (COLLECTIVELY “WBC IT CONSULTING” or the “Services”), YOU, YOUR HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS (collectively, “YOU” or “YOUR”) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
    We can stop you from using our Services for any reason, including if you break these Terms. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and rules. You accept local law compliance. Anyone who disagrees with our rules can’t use this site. Copyrights and trademarks protect the content of this website.

  4. Using our website without identifying yourself or giving any personal information is possible. No information on our online forms is necessary for site visitors and/or members to access the Site. To protect your identity, our web server does not log details on which visitors to our Site use domains or emails. We may collect personal information from you in a few different ways on our Site. Providing optional extra information helps us provide a more tailored service. In addition to demographic data, other types of personally identifiable information include: (name, company, work email, etc.). We only collect this data to get in touch with the user again about the services on our website in which they have indicated interest.   14. The User Content you provide remains your property, even after it is shared with The Will Be Coded. The Will Be Coded the exclusive owner of all material, except for User Content. This includes all features, graphics, design, code, compilations of User Content, the Website, aggregate reviews and ratings, and other service components. The Services are protected by the intellectual property, trademark, and other laws of Canada and other countries worldwide. The Will Be Coded and its licensors are the only owners of any rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights connected with the Services, unless otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms. You agree that you will not remove, change, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other property rights notices in or accompanying the Services.

  15. Payment
  16. You agree to pay the applicable fees set forth at the time of purchase as they become due, in addition to any relevant taxes. You agree to reimburse us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts if you purchase a service that we offer for a fee, whether on a one-time basis or a subscription basis. By purchasing the package, you expressly agree that we or any of our payment agents are authorized to charge you a recurring subscription fee monthly as outlined in the Invoice, as well as any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Services, including any applicable taxes, to the payment method you provided. This authorization extends to any payment agents we may use in the future. On bills that are 30 days past due, there is a possibility that late payment fines of up to $200 may be levied. Refunds and disputes must be communicated to support@willbecoded(.)ca

  17. Consent
  18. Any modifications we make to this policy will be reflected here so that you are constantly informed of the data we collect, how we use it, and the conditions under which we may release it.
